Event Advertising

Promote your brand at our expos, socials, and educational events.

Bar or Drink Sponsor

Enhance visibility as the official drink sponsor for a PAPPA event. Your brand will be featured in event marketing materials, highlighted on related web pages, and recognized on signage at the event. Sponsors may also provide co-branded products such as cups, napkins, utensils, stir sticks, or coasters to enhance brand exposure.

Event E-Blast Sponsor 
(Pre Event)

Be featured as the exclusive sponsor of one event-related email communication distributed to members prior to the event. Includes linked logo placement and, where applicable, exhibitor location details.

Price: $600

Registration Sponsor
(Pre Event)

Gain recognition as the sponsor of the event registration announcement or email. Includes linked logo placement and exhibitor location mention when applicable.

Price: $250

Welcome Party Sponsor
(Pre Event)

Sponsor the evening welcome event held prior to a PAPPA expo. This sponsorship includes branded signage, logo placement on all welcome party email communications and invitations, and mention on the event registration page (if applicable).

Price: $1,500 - $5,000

Event Feature Sponsorship
(During Event)

Make our PAPPA events stand out with your sponsorship of a unique feature or experience. Options may include a professional photographer for headshots, an interactive activity, a guest speaker, or other event enhancements. This sponsorship ensures your brand is highlighted across event promotions, signage, and on-site engagement.

Price: $1,000 - $3,000

Online Advertising

Reach members directly through our online platforms.

Website Sponsorship: 

Be among the first to appear on PAPPA’s redesigned website launching in early 2026. Sponsors will receive logo placement and a direct link to their company website for a 1 year term

Price: $250

Newsletter Advertisement:

Feature your company in PAPPA’s quarterly member newsletter. Includes a paragraph of text, one image, and your logo for a personalized advertisement distributed to all members.

Price: $300

Social Media Advertisement:

Promote your brand across PAPPA’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram) reaching an active community of promotional products professionals. Includes one to two paragraphs of text, along with images and/or video content.

Price: $150

Job Board Advertisement:

Advertise open positions on PAPPA’s job board to connect with qualified industry talent. Choose from 30-, 60-, or 90-day listings to fill positions efficiently and effectively.

Price: $50 a month
